JOTA'S PHOTOGRAPHY CHRISTMAS CONTEST




Christmas is celebrated everywhere around the world and being Deviantart a world wide community, that means people world wide are sharing their art.

Christmas season is important to me because my last grandfather died in the christmas night. So I thought of launching a new conteste, Christmas photographic contest.

It’s a photography only contest, the main theme is Christmas, be creative and be carefull with your works quality.

The winner receives one year of subscription at Deviantart.
The winner will be announced at 24, December 2006, christmas eve.




How to participate:




The entries are being accepted from today till 15th December 2006.



How can I do my inscription?



1. Send a Note to me with the link of the job, your name, where are you from.



Voting:




The voting process will start at 15th of December and ends at 24th of the same month.

Anyone can vote, that means all the members of Deviantart can vote. This allows you to put all your friends voting in your photo.

One person can only vote in one picture.



IMPORTANT - READ THE CONTEST'S RULES
Rules:




1. Link the contest, my Deviantart Page and my avatar in the description of the entry.

2. Devwatch me.

3. Make clear that the picture is an entry for the contest.

4. Only will be valid submissions after from this day on (November 28st 2006), submissions before to this date WON'T be accepted. SO THEY HAVE TO BE NEW JOBS. NOT BEFORE THAT DATE November 28st 2006..

5. Each participant can only make two entries for this contest.

6. The voting process will start at 15th of December of 2006 and ends at 24th of the same month.




SPECIAL IDEA:





Christmas is a very special season that’s why I’m launching this contest. Despite that I had another idea that I would like to propose to everyone that will participate in the contest whether they win or not.




The idea is:




All the entries should be shown by all members.

What do you mean? The photos made in their higher resolution will be gathered and sent to all the contest participants so that they can print them and make their own photography exebhition at their cities, countries in christmas season.

This means, The World wide Christmas Photography Exebhition, made only with Deviantart photographers. It will be an exebhition that may occur at the same in different countries depending only of each person’s will to have a place to make the exebhition.

Each participant that accepts this proposal, can record a small video making a statement about the contest, the exebhition and the reason why you tried to make part of the Christmas project.

The participants who want to try to make this dream come true, should send the photos in their higher resolution to this e-mail: jotachaves@gmail.com
